Educational purpose only
Everything on this site is provided for educational purposes and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing here creates a patient–clinician relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional about your own circumstances, and seek urgent care locally in an emergency.
Accuracy
Clinical evidence changes. We publish material in good faith and revise it as the literature develops, but we do not warrant that any page is complete or current. Program dates, faculty and session titles may change.
Directory
The Find a Clinician directory is voluntary and is not an endorsement, certification or referral. The full notice governing it appears on the directory page itself.
Intellectual property
Lectures, agendas, explainers, images and the T4L Education name and marks belong to T4L Education or its faculty. You may link to pages and quote briefly with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish or teach from our materials commercially without written permission.
Applications and registrations
Masterclass places are awarded by application at the discretion of the faculty. Congress registration is subject to capacity. Fees, cancellation and transfer terms are set out at the point of registration.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, T4L Education accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on material published on this site.
