About Us

T4L Education is the brainchild of Abraham Morgentaler, MD, FACS, a pioneer in the study and treatment of testosterone deficiency since the 1970s. Dr. Morgentaler created T4L Education as a way of providing the most up-to-date and reliable education for healthcare providers and the public in response to a curious silence from the mainstream medical community on the topic despite impressive research studies demonstrating its indisputable benefits.

The Standard in Testosterone Therapy

As a clinician, Dr. Morgentaler’s approach to the diagnosis and treatment has been controversial from the start, yet over time many current guidelines and clinical recommendations from professional societies have come to adopt his practices as “standard.” Dr. Morgentaler likes to say that “there is always a lag of about 10 years between the innovators and the rest of the medical world.”

T4L Education is here to bring you up to date with what is true and useful, based on the experiences and research of Dr. Morgentaler and colleagues.

Our Mission

The mission of T4L Education is to be the premier site for education and information on testosterone deficiency and testosterone therapy. Our goal is to provide the most up-to-date educational content for both healthcare providers and the public.

It is our belief that testosterone is the most misunderstood molecule in medicine. While research and clinical experience have proven how important it is for good health to have a normal, even a robust testosterone level, there is far too much misinformation, lore, myth, and cynical skepticism that has prevented testosterone from receiving its due in established medical circles. There is thus an enormous need for reliable scientific information, and T4L Education aims to fill that need.
