Fees are shown in Euro. Your tuition includes a hot breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch, and complimentary internet access during the meeting. All attendees will receive an electronic version of the course materials on a secure portal.

Hotel Accommodations Update

The limited number of discounted rooms at the Kimpton de Witt Amsterdam for the Congress attendees have now been fully booked. While the special rate of €249 is no longer available, you can still reserve rooms at the hotel’s standard rates, subject to availability.

Registration, Payment, and Confirmation

Registrations are made via our secure online registration system. To register please click on the “register” link below and create an account. Credit card payments are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) as well as wire transfers. Upon receipt of your paid registration, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Be sure to include an email address that you check frequently. Your email address is used for critical information, including registration confirmation, evaluation, and your certificate.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued for all cancellations received two weeks before the start of the congress. Refund requests must be received by email. No refund will be issued if cancellation occurs less than two weeks before. “No shows” are subject to the full fee, and no refunds will be issued once the conference has started.
